Our home office is the first room you see to the left of the foyer when you walk in the front door, directly across from our dining room. It has needed a refresh for years, so when Boutique Rugs contacted me about a collaboration, I immediately knew that this was the room that I wanted to tackle next. I called my friend and designer, Kelly Ford of Ford Studio Design and knew she would be able to help put it all together for me!
When I first took a look at Boutique Rugs website, I couldn’t believe all of the amazing styles they have to offer and the prices were almost too good to be true. In the past, when I would try to find rugs for certain rooms, a lot of the sites that I would search would give me anxiety because they either offered too many different styles and I would look for hours with no luck, or the prices were too high. I instantly feel in love with Boutique Rugs site because you can filter the rugs by size, color, materials, prices and so on. We already had the desk and bookshelves and drapes in the room so I wanted to stick with a neutral rug with good texture. I came across the Naranjito Area Rug and loved it so much, I decided that we could style the entire room around the rug.
With the help of Kelly of Ford Studio of Design, she pulled the space together by tying in fun accessories, styling the shelves, rearranging the furniture and making the room look complete!
