One look that will never get old is the beach inspired loose waves. When I sat in the chair at Wilsons on Washington Studio, Emily my stylist, first asked a few questions about my hair type and what I liked and disliked about it. After chatting it up we decided to go with the loose waves look for summer. I was super excited to get a good scrub and blow out since it doesn’t happen as often as I would like.

After learning about my hair type (I have tons of hair but the strands are thin) Emily decided that the Caviar Anti-Aging Collection by Alterna was the perfect fit to bring out the vibrant color and shine while adding volume. As soon as she opened the bottle I could smell the clean citrus scent of the shampoo and fell in love with the fragrance immediately. I have tried many shampoo and conditioners over the years and could never find the perfect one until now. The Caviar Anti-Aging Shampoo and Conditioner are both light and gentle and don’t leave any build up like the majority of cleansers I have used in the past. I only have to use a little drop of each and they go a long way!

After Emily washed and towel dried my hair we got back to the chair for the blow out to begin. She explained each of the products that we would be using while styling my hair. I typically don’t use much products after washing my hair because of my past experience. A lot of products that I have used in the past make my hair feel crunchy so I kind of gave up on using any. I was thrilled when she explained the benefits of the Caviar Treatments 10-in1 CC Cream. It delivers 10 benefits in 1 product that provides shine, smoothness, moisture, heat protection (major plus), strength, anti-breakage, light hold, softness, manageability,  and my favorite- UV protection! It is literally a miracle product and something I don’t know how I have lived without for so long. Next, she used the Thick & Full Volume Mousse to thicken and strengthen my hair. This mousse left my hair looking triple the volume that it regularly does! To say I’m obsessed would be an understatement. I was thrilled to finally find some products that I can stick to for a lifetime.

The full experience at Wilsons on Washington was amazing! From the time I was greeted at the door the customer service was exceptional. As I looked around the studio everyone went above and beyond to make sure each client felt very important. I also loved the fact that Emily explained every product that she used on me and the benefits behind them.
